If you are reading this webpage, it is likely because you are faced with the unfortunate prospect of a COVID-19 vaccine mandate from your employer. This is a very serious matter as it could likely jeopardize your employment and your ability to provide for yourself and your family. Currently, there are two legally recognized exceptions from mandatory vaccines for employees: (1) Medical Exemption (disability-related reasons) and (2) Religious Exemption (sincerely held religious beliefs). We are not a medical assessment organization. Therefore, we only address the second legal exception—Religious Exemption. At the federal level, the First Amendment and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act mandates that employers must not discriminate on the basis of religion and must make reasonable accommodations for an employee's religious beliefs, as long as the accommodation does not impose an undue hardship on the employer. Therefore, we will prepare a custom letter that will use Scripture and cite EEOC and federal law.
